Registration Fee
Registration fees for participating in Rare Sugar Congress 2023 are shown in the following table. The fee of regular registration (before Dec. 23, 2022) is less expensive than that of late or on-site registration (after Dec. 24, 2022). The reception desk at the conference for on-site registration is predicted to be very crowded, and we suggest you to finish your registration and the payment in advance.

Reception Banquet Fee
The ISRS Reception Banquet will be held on March 31 night at RIHGA Hotel Zest Takamatsu Kagawa. Reception Banquet fees are shown in the following table. The banquet style will be changed flexibly due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation during the congress period.

Reception Banquet
Cancellation policy (Important Notice)
1) Refunds for cancellations after completion of payment will be less a cancellation fee (6%).
2) In the case of a cancellation of the Congress and/or the Reception Banquet by organizer due to unavoidable circumstances, the refund will be also less a refund charge (6%).
3) No refunds will be paid in case of cancellation by the participant on and after the day of the event for any reason.
For Reception Banquet, whole reservation amount will be charged in case of any cancellation within 3 days prior to the date.

There are two types of registration: one for Congress and the other for the Reception Banquet.
